As humans, we can change life if we want, and we can go in and out of different conditions, also with using our human minds. Hypnosis is a change in the human behavior!

The history of hypnosis is as ancient as that of sorcery, magic, and medicine; indeed, hypnosis has been used as a method in all three. Its scientific history began in the latter part of the 18th century with Franz Mesmer, a German physician who used hypnosis in the treatment of patients in Vienna and Paris.

Hypnosis has been used in the treatment of pain; depression; anxiety and phobias; stress; habit disorders; gastro-intestinal disorders; skin conditions; post-surgical recovery; relief from nausea and vomiting; childbirth; treatment of hemophilia and many other conditions. Accordingly, we are using hypnosis for doing treatment with humans today, and we can also use it in funny ways, to see and to experience what strange things we can do when changing the conditions of life. Life is always what we perceive it to be, and many conditions, assumptions and beliefs can be challenged, and hence our personalities could be used in many ways, but we should be care of destroying the body, since that is a bad development.

Paul William McKenna (born 8 November 1963) is a British hypnotist, behavioral scientist, television and radio broadcaster and author of self-help books. And we are using hypnosis because people are in trouble, and they want a better and a stronger life with putting away the bad experiences in life, and with doing positive things and even better perception of the nature. The nature is not adapting itself to the humans, it is the humans that adapt themselve to the nature. And the nature is the environments where we are, and these are filled with pleasure, pain, certainties and uncertainties. Certainties are the things we know, and this can be solved in similar ways from time to time. Uncertainties refer to epistemic situations involving imperfect or unknown information. Hence, we are not sure about the solution or how to perceive the situation we are fronting in the best ways, or in the appropriate ways.

During hypnosis, a trained hypnotist or hypnotherapist induces a state of intense concentration or focused attention. This is a guided process with verbal cues and repetition. The trance-like state you enter may appear similar to sleep in many ways, but you're fully aware of what's going on. Contrary to how hypnosis is sometimes portrayed in movies or on television, you don't lose control over your behavior while under hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a treatment option that may help you cope with and treat different conditions. To do this, a certified hypnotist or hypnotherapist guides you into a deep state of relaxation (sometimes described as a trance-like state). While you’re in this state, they can make suggestions designed to help you become more open to change or therapeutic improvement.

As a general rule of thumb, most people are hypnotizable—about 10% are highly hypnotizable, meaning they can be hypnotized during childbirth or in surgery in place of anesthesia, while 60 to 70 percent are moderately hypnotizable meaning that it could help with anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss, and therefore there are some points and some causes behind doing hypnosis. You may have been hypnotized on your own without even realizing it! You may have been daydreaming at a traffic light and got so lost in your own thoughts that you didn’t realize the light has changed. That’s hypnosis. Accordingly, hypnosis is much about our fantasy and the creativity and the imaginations what we are using when we are dreaming, for instance when sleeping during the day. You can get a hypnosis wihout knowing it from before. In hypnosis, hypnotizing someone without their knowledge is referred to as covert hypnosis. And hypnosis is much about using our fantasy, and you find videos about this at the Internet. Hypnosis is exciting, and many want to try it to get perspectives in life, and to see and to experience what life is and should be.

Western scientists first became involved in hypnosis around 1770, when Franz Mesmer (1734–1815), a physician from Austria, started investigating an effect he called "animal magnetism" or "mesmerism" (the latter name still remaining popular today).

If you want changes in your life, for instance through hypnosis, you should use an expert on this scientific area! Good luck!
