On using threshold training to get better results in running in national and international competitions; The case of anaerobic training!

We cannot get enough variation in the training program, the psychology, and the ways that we are running, swimming and cycling unless we have some anaerobic training present at home or abroad, and we should train in such manners that we are better in making excellent results in competitions.

Threshold training is about making pressure about making lactic acid when training, and we should test the muscles in our bodies, and our fitness and shape. So, the maximum pulse is 220 minus your real age today, and therefore we are getting a lower maximum pulse the older we are in life.

Threshold training is about running intensively, and we should use our muscles, we cannot talk while using this kind of training, and your and my heart is stressing with serving the muscles enough oxygen, and we are getting enough of lactic acid! Threshold training is about using 85 % pulse of your maximum pulse. And the pulse is about how the heart rate really is from time to time.

Threshold training is training where your pulse is close to the anaerabic threshold, and where the intensity level where the body's lactic acid level is holding itself constant. The training intensity is controlled by lactate and pulse measurement. So, this kind of training is doing with interval training to make yourself to run fast at short distances, and the training can also be fast and strong length training, where we are training our speed at half marathon and at marathon. So, threshold training is used to be better in running short and long distances, and we should be as good as we can! And this is without using drugs and doping. And many of us have heard that threshold training is the fastest you can run during an hour while being running continuously!

When you are training your threshold, you can hold on your intensity a shorter period before the muscles start to stiffen. And many people that are training, are using their heart rate monitor, to get the overview over how fast we are running to any time, when running around 85 % of maximum pulse, and we are running fast, and we cannot make to many dialogues when training in such ways. And many of our best athletes in the world, coming from instance Kenya, Morocco and Ethiopia, are using threshold training to be even faster and sharper in the competitions when the competitions are there, and we cannot avoid competitions if we are willing to run as fast as possible different places. So, competition has come to be there, and in business life we are also competing at life and death, and we are trying to make the best results of any to any time in the world. We should just be ourselves, but thinking and feeling in sports, that is how you and I are framed in brain before, during and after the running competition. So, anybody that we know heretofore, is just a human body, and we determine ourselves while we are seeking new friends, or while we are holding on the friends we have ever got at being alive some of the places in the world.

So, why should some try to place us in stalls? Nobody has the right, the capacity and the ability of placing us somewhere, but we should stand up in relation to all the protests and all the competitions to say that we should take that or that competence, and that we should show our best sides, also in education and in research, and that we cannot accept stupid behavior, and things not being sensible when doing things here at the earth.

And why are people doing the things that they are doing? Because, there should be activities, selling and buying behavior, and that people should travel as they want, both to the same places as before, and to new places. But people are free to use their wallets just as they are, and within societies and communities, nobody can define our freedom, diversity and choices, and therefore the people that are living just now, are free to choose what they choose.

So, when training and when making competitions different places, try to find your way within it, and do not make more and better ambitions than you feel is welcome with your body! So, be alone or together with people when doing training, and find your pleasure in making your body within even better fitness and shape! Good luck!
