You know perhaps which slagon I am thinking about now, but if you do not that does not matter. It is eat, move and sleep, and we have it on the national football teams, at least in Norway! And eating or having food to the body makes things good, and we should have enough rests during the day to eat and to relax!

What is really the functions of the food, when being visible with all the possible and plausible food research that is coming to mind? Keep our bodies warm and give us energy; Keep our bodies healthy by helping our immune systems to prevent or fight disease; Repair or healing of injuries. Helps our brains to grow and function properly. And you know, sexuality is like it is, and we should love that, but during the day we are eating and drinking to function properly as a human being.

What are the 3 main functions of eating food? By consuming nutrient-dense food, our bodies can produce energy to repair themselves. It can prevent us from disease, give us a good complexion and even longer lifespan. As was stated above, the three functions of food are: nutrition absorption, satisfying psychological needs, and physical adjustment. So, the main functions with the food is to give pleasure and satisfaction to the body, and to enjoy life, and get new friends, since eating food is also a social event! And we are social when being 2 or more than 2 persons on doing things together, of all the things that are possible to be done.

What is the main function of food and nutrition? Food and nutrition are the way that we get fuel, providing energy for our bodies. We need to replace nutrients in our bodies with a new supply every day. Water is an important component of nutrition. Fats, proteins, and carbohydrates are all required. And our bodies can be appropriate, too big or too small, and we should be careful when doing things with the body in our lives, since being too fat is problematic both for the heart, the brain and the body, and therefore people have died at work and in leisure time, since there is a capacity of the heart and the brain that we cannot hide, but we should be conscious about it, and know what this implies. And it is easier to get big in your body, than to be slimmer. Being slimmer is a fight, and one should do this in properly ways with enough training and with quality in the training. Sitting too long at the offices without training, can be dangerous for your life, and living life is a risky way to be, and in the long run we are all died.

We should be as humans as our bodies are functioning, and that is to use the gut and be open and reflective! And the strongest force we have is to love or to hate people, and the better and more we can give love to all humans the better situations there are. And we are meeting terror with love in our democracies, and if there is trouble in a society, we meet it with even more love. And eating food and enjoying life are probably the most important thing we are doing in daily life, and we should live the life by being positively orientated and appreciate the people we are meeting and what we can do, and we should like what we always are doing.

What is really the philosophy of eating, and why do we do these things? The most important function is to live the life as we perceive it. Philosophy of eating is a concept of food production and nutritional philosophy that matches the source and result of health together. Modern assertions are that the fresh foods contain vital micronutrients generally lost in most food processing, and therefore we should be engaged with getting the right nutrients in the food, and we are eating food like breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper during the day, and the main thing is to live life as good as we can, and not do too many stupid things.

Loved this post, even though we eat “to survive” things aren’t really that simple, there’s a whole social aspect to it, it’s and experience beyond the food itself.
