today's trip || Discover new experience in stone crushing factory

Dear my friend

Today I had the opportunity to go to a stone crushing company with a friend who works as a dumptruck driver, and this was the first time I went to that factory and you could say today is a really lucky day for me because I have the opportunity to learn understand something new, and I will share my story with you in this post.

Around 10 am we started the journey with a distance of about 1.5 hours, and as you know, traveling by car carrying a load of more than 12 tons must go very slowly, yeah in the last few days where I live the weather has been very hot and that It's very bad for the condition of the car's tires if you drive fast, so my friend drove the car very relaxed while telling me about several experiences since he became a driver. I got carried away several times in his story, but still I had to control myself so that I could remain myself.

so our journey today is to carry stones the size of coconuts in the amount of 12.5 tons, it is a heavy load, and now I will show you our fun journey session, hope you read until the end ☺️

I also had the opportunity to see the residents' rice plants which would soon be harvested around the road we passed, and this is a very important plant for our community.

This is when we started our journey carrying a load weighing 12.5 tons, it was going to be a long day and hoping to find new ideas, and as you can see in the picture our journey was easy because the roads were quiet.

The palm oil company was seen from the car window on the way, and the conditions around the factory were very cool, this could be felt right inside the car.

This is a rice plant that is cultivated by the people near the road we passed, rice is an important plant for Indonesian people.

the weather conditions were very bright when we approached the factory, as you can see in the picture it is clear that today's sunlight is very hot, and I checked my cellphone today's weather is 35© OMG it's really hot, and my friend is a little worried about the conditions car tires, because the load we were carrying would have a bad effect on the car tires, especially when the road conditions were hot like that day, but fortunately we were fine until we reached our destination.

We have arrived at the stone crushing factory, we brought 12.5 tons of stone to a special section and according to the instructions from the consignee at the factory gate.

and these are the rocks that we transported over 2 hours in hot weather, and now we will unload all the loads and the factory workers will move them all to the crusher.

These are stones that have been crushed and are now made into small pieces that will be used for concrete (such as walls, etc.) and also paving roads.

Sand is obtained from a mixture of stones, after the separation process and now it becomes very soft sand

The company really cares about product quality, they cover the entire pile of sand with a special tarpaulin so that it is not damaged by weather and environmental factors.

having the opportunity to visit one of the stone crushing factories is a special opportunity for me, because the day's journey has taught me about many things I need to know in life, a stone crushing factory is a place where large stones will be converted into small materials that are will be used on every road in our city, and I have been riding motorbikes on the roads for many years, but this is the first time I have had the opportunity to see the factory up close, I am very grateful to the universe for giving me this opportunity very important in this life.

I need to admit that visiting a stone crushing factory is an insight-opening experience about how important this process is in the construction industry, the technology used not only increases efficiency but also contributes to environmental sustainability, for individuals like me who really like knowledge about the construction industry then having an opportunity like today is something truly extraordinary and will be one of the most important moments in life.
