Dear everyone, as one of our team members wrote a few days ago about the promo-hive plans for the inter-village football tournament which will be held next June, and there our friend has also written in detail about the costs that are really needed for the activity. this promotion, and so far I noticed that the post published by our friend @bananaklatbarat has not received a response from anyone, so on this occasion I want to rewrite the reasons why we have to promote hive at this tournament.

As I have told you all, so far I have continued to promote Hive in the environment where I live. I always hope that Hive deserves appreciation and becomes the most influential media in the place where I live. Some time ago I invited several people to joined hive, and I have also started spreading influence to buy and sell drinks such as coffee, iced tea, cendol, avocado juice and so on using hive token payments, this is actually very difficult for us to do because in our country Indonesia is "Crypto" in treat it as a commodity, not money, so so far crypto is only an asset and it is not allowed to carry out transactions according to the rules set by the government, but none of that is a problem for me, we will move forward until "crypto" becomes completely money in where we live.

So on this occasion, allow me to tell you all about why this promotion is very important for us to do?

If you open the statistical data published by the government then you will find a fact that makes you think 10X why promotions should be carried out in any form, based on statistical data released by the Indonesian government that so far crypto users in Aceh are only 2% of a total population of 5 million people, from this data it can be understood that our society still has very limited information about crypto, for example the sub-district where I live the crypto users that I know are around 50 people out of a total population of 30 thousand people, today we are a minority, so this is will be the most reasonable reason and you should support us to introduce crypto (hive) to the people living around us.

Based on information shared via the WhatsApp group by a friend I have known for a long time, there he said that on June 25 2024 an inter-village football tournament would be held with a total prize of $3,000, actually some time ago it was also held there inter-village football tournament and has an audience of up to 600 people every day, and I see this tournament as a good opportunity to introduce the hive to visitors who come to watch the match and provide support around the field for their proud team.

So, to promote the hive in this tournament, I have several reasonable ideas to do, and below I will give an overview of the promotional procedures for inter-village football tournaments;

The first and most important way to promote the hive at the tournament is the "banner", everyone who comes to watch the inter-village football match can find information about the hive through the banners that we provide at the tournament, although this is a traditional way of promotion but I can assure you all that promotional methods using banners are still effective to this day.

we will print a 3x1 meter banner at a cost of $14, visitors who come to watch the football tournament can find information about hive and they will find out about our blockchain because this will be new information for them because previously no one has promoted hive like we will do.

Apart from banners, we also consider t-shirts to be something very important in this promotion, because tournament spectators can get to know us and contact us whenever they want to learn hive based on the information they have found through promotional banners, apart from being used by our team, t-shirts We will also distribute this to spectators who are randomly selected by the organizing committee based on their ticket numbers, now this makes more sense because now we can reach further through t-shirts that are distributed to lucky tournament spectators.

Apart from team members and spectators who are chosen randomly, we will also provide t-shirts to the organizing committee to wear during the match, and the security committee will usually always watch on the sidelines, and now the organizing committee has been fully involved in the promotion and they are actors for our promotions, and people who watch the game and occasionally they will see the beautiful t-shirts they wear, this is getting more interesting because the audience's curiosity has peaked, I am 100% sure the audience will find out about our blockchain.

After getting information and promotional ideas, I contacted one of the organizing committee (sponsorship section) of the inter-village football tournament next June, and I wanted to get as detailed information as possible, and the organizing committee confirmed that to promote the hive in the tournament, I was obliged to pay a fee of $40 for one banner, apart from that the organizing committee also said that the commentator would mention the sponsor and "the hive will be mentioned by the commentator 4 times (every day) during the match".

so now I want to make a list of the total costs that we really need to promote hive at the inter-village football tournament next June;

Print banners + Print t-shirts + Fees must be paid to the organizing committee

$14 + $130 (20x$6,5) + $40 = $184

To make the promo-hive happen and run as expected, we really hope that the stakeholders in the hive can support us in any form.
