Garden Journal May 2024 || Some plants in my garden
Good night all plant lover friends!! May the month of May be special for all of us and we will have the opportunity to garden, both to plant and care for the plants we planted in the previous month, and also may we always have a pleasant life journey with the plants we cultivate.
as I have said before, gardening is a fun activity and gardening for me has become an important part of what I have to do, we live in a farming environment and of course all my family members are farmers, throughout our life's journey we have planted various crops. types of plants that are useful for consumption needs and also for the economy, apart from that, gardening for me is an opportunity to be one with the universe because every day I have the opportunity to feel the softness of the soil and the cool dew remaining on each plant leaf, the chirping of birds around me. gardens add to the essentials and complement the music of life, and I am very grateful that God gave me the opportunity to plant various plants in my life.
so on this occasion I want to publish several types of plants that I cultivate to all of you, now let's go to see my garden more closely;
Currently I am paying special attention to the cucumbers that I cultivate in the garden, as seen in the picture I am watering the cucumbers with clean water mixed with fertilizer, but there are several weeds that have appeared and I have to deal with them as soon as possible so that my cucumbers reach the harvest stage and get the desired results.
This is cassava that I planted one month ago, and of course I feel very happy when I see my cassava plants growing well, and now I just need to focus on cleaning the weeds that interfere with the growth of the cassava, so every 3 days I have to clean the weeds and weeds so that my cassava can grow well and produce quality cassava.
This is a green bean garden that I planted near the rice fields using rice field barriers, and I planted it here because it is easy to get water, for this I just wait for the harvest time to arrive, I estimate that in about ten days I will be able to harvest the green beans.
This is a devil's chili plant that I planted four months ago, but now it is no longer optimally productive, and I already have a plan to plant new seeds from the ripe chilies, I will use all the chilies as seeds for gardening in this month of May.
yesterday I also sowed ginger seeds in polybags, I did this for seeds in a larger garden, so I used a simple method to save a lot of costs for buying seeds from agricultural extension workers, and I have practiced this method over time and I get results which is satisfying, you can read about yesterday's sowing of ginger seeds which I shared in the "HiveGarden" community.
