Duracell has introduced a groundbreaking 'power bank' in the form of a battery, capable of charging up to 12 phones without running out of power. This innovative external battery, known as the Duracell M250, boasts a capacity of 60,000 mAh and goes beyond merely charging phones, as it is also compatible with laptops and other devices.

In a clear tribute to its iconic product, alkaline batteries, Duracell has unveiled the Duracell M250, whose shape mimics its alkaline batteries. Priced at $299 in the United States, this battery not only charges phones through cables but also provides wireless charging for devices that support this technology.

The Duracell M250 stands out for its impressive 60,000 mAh capacity, surpassing conventional external batteries. While most smartphones have batteries of approximately 4000 to 5000 mAh, this power bank can charge a mobile device up to 12 times without depleting its energy, marking a significant difference in performance.

It's worth mentioning that this battery is not limited to charging only phones, as it features additional ports for charging tablets, wireless headphones, cameras, and even laptops. Although it's important to note that, due to the size of laptop batteries, the Duracell M250 may not provide the full 12 charges but rather a slightly lower number.

The design of the Duracell M250 comes in two parts, symbolizing alkaline batteries, with USB-A, USB-C, lightning ports, among others, at the bottom. The upper part has a lid that lifts to become a wireless charging base, concealing a compartment for carrying the cable. Despite its drawbacks, such as its considerable size and weight of approximately 2 kilograms, this battery can prove very useful in situations like travels to places without electricity or during sudden power outages at home.
