The search continues, man trying to get there. Where exactly? We'll have to start from what does man want? To live an easy and convenient life. At first this was achieved by man enslaving a fellow man. We saw those forced labor by Kings and emperors who conquered territories and took advantage of manpower to build remarkable structures.

With the widespread of freedom and human liberty came the introduction of machines. I can still remember my old time definition of a machine; 'that which makes work easier', so I was taught and yes it's true. I hope you know the word technology is a closer neighbor to 'technique' and there has been a lot of advancement in this industry.

I wonder how I would explain to my forebears that there is a house that can fly in the name of an airplane. Here we are and even witnessing beyond in the space of two decades. We have seen technology unimagined, once that we still doubt is true because they are just too remarkable. Our eyes have seen what is happening in the health sector all thanks to technology.

There were infections and diseases that were termed incurable in the past, presently those are just overlooked stories. My brother just told me about an old setting movie in which a woman was left in labor pains for so long. She couldn't deliver the baby which presented the husband with the option of saving either the child or the wife according to the physician, a hard and heartbreaking decision to make. This modern age has a solution for this, keeping both alive. We have seen or heard of brain surgery, heart surgery, blood transfusion and many transplants.

Recently I read about a man who has been implanted with the kidney of a pig. Yes, you heard me right, a pig and he is alive. Haven't followed up that news since but you just have to accept there has been massive improvement in the lives of humans. There are several other factors to look at but let me come back to the Internet.

The introduction of the World Wide Web has been a huge game changer. Web1 seemed to have brought a lot to the table but in the course of time we saw technology creating a new path with the introduction of web2. We all saw the limitations presented from web1 and there was certainly a need for the web2 warm embrace. lots of industry and platforms pondered upon this technology. Millionaires emerged and businesses thrived. It has added a lot to human economic activities.

Has tech brought us there yet?, will it ever?. The answer may be 'no' and 'no' yet one thing is certain, paths have been set. You just have to understand we are humans. One economic law I keep very close is 'the insatiable nature of human needs', you just have to keep improving to please us. Even technology itself has brought new problems to the system. It has been misused, just like you'll find fraudsters crawling the internet, gangsters and terrorist wrong handling weaponries, all this adds up to the Introduction of new technologies.

One you'll have to also look into is the introduction of cryptocurrency, blockchain tech and web3. We all know why it has been brought to the table. The uncertainty of fiat currency when it comes to inflation, the borderlessness of transaction and the ownership of data. We shouldn't doubt there is a need for some upgrade and tech will continue to do just that. A lot felt they were robbed and undervalued which when looking through the web2 mirror you'll definitely find this.

How much say do you have when terms and conditions don't apply to your favor? The slow adoption of web3 doesn't mean it is undervalued, upgrading takes some time, you'll have to convince people to see the need. Trust me, in the early introduction of air planes, there were some rich fellas who would love to take a three day journey on the road rather than use aircraft. The lack of exposure and rumors of the crash striked a lot of fears. Is the word 'crash' not still real? Of Course it is, so why have they now opted for the airplane? That's what time can do.

As we continue to doubt the possibilities of what this new tech can do, it is venturing into several industries. AI has just emerged as a hot cake partnering with blockchain tech. Venturing into the AI industry will be more than novel writing, things are happening. "If you ask me what the future holds, I'll have just this answer for you; an ever continuing upgrade"---dani-asi. If you choose to stay behind, you'll be left behind.

This is why a lot are yet to make profit and take advantage of this new tech. They doubt it won't last and as we speak, crypto is NOW 15 years and counting. It might have had some down times yet this doesn't mean it was over, we've all seen the bounce back. Every tech at an early phase always faces some challenges which need a touch of correction.

To conclude, let me add, technology has brought us this far in terms of advancement. There have been benefits and negative impacts alike. Nevertheless, we just have to understand it was meant to make life easy and convenient. The path created from this sector is worth considering. More is still to come and the new generation will definitely build upon the old ones to emerge new ones, it is called upgrade. In the absence of information and proper education you'll be deformed in the world that tech continues to find possible paths.
