I may not be a law student but atleast I have given ears to some basics. One of such is the law of contracts and agreements which says 'all contracts are agreements but not all agreements are contracts'. I hope I got it right, hahaha. I am open for correction, we are here to continually learn I guess.

Maybe I should also add that I am writing this article on a traveling vehicle. We are heading for a ceremony in another local government. I think I will be an hour plus drive. So I am getting a little distracted, I am to keep conversing with people to make the journey lively and secondly, I said I am travelling, do you know what this means? An opportunity to explore, I love checking out new environment although I don't currently have that opportunity to.

My eyes are gazing outside the window, I only hope I will be able to give out this article on time. It's fun anyway, I get to ask questions in the process about some projects and buildings I am seeing. As usual, I have spotted a long term investment opportunity, a newly scrapped road that the government is working on. I am trying to blend this with real estate in the long run. Good road introduces investors and the the prices of land will skyrocket here very soon.

Alright now, I am getting much distracted from my article, I was going to emphasize on a deal I currently sealed. Ok, so I wanted a new laptop, the old one got bad, the screen broke. Adding to that, I was not ok with the capacity of that laptop. There are a lot of things I want to learn and it requires a standard PC so serve me the stress. I did reach out to me friend explaining to him my needs. The price he gave me for such standard laptop is a little high. That was not my budget and I had to hold on a little.

I couldn't keep that money pending so I had to invest it atleast in my business, there was an urgent need for that equipment so I had to switch. My plan was to manage my mobile phone and the old one for the moment, maybe six month from now, I know there would have a way out. So I got a call from him that he will sell out his own. It is still in a very good shape and he is giving it out at a friendly price. He just bought a new one and you know how it always feel to have something new.

I am out of cashpersonally, I have made so much expenses recently. I have had to refurbish business operation and it takes money to do this. Secondly, the cost of running business this year has increase and it is starting with a slow market. I have to get it right, the responsibility of managing a business is not an easy task. I have to introduce some forgone alternatives even personally. I have to make the most of this one time opportunity, I feel he may give it out to someone else.

I have been thinking of a possible ways to while away some time so I can raise him the money. He has urgent needs for some backup cash after spending close to N100,000,000. My plan with him was to give me some time to gather the entire money yet this is not a smart idea. Remember the law of contract and agreement, so we can say he just agreed yet we have not contracted.

I have to keep this contract bonding until it is entirely done. So I have decided to give him a quarter of that payment after he gave me to test run on it. The idea is to seal the deal. The compatibility is very ok for what I have to do. I wasn't planning this urgent expenses yet I feel the need to do so, it will serve me a a lot of future worries and limitations. I can alteast start from now to embark on the training. There are always opportunities to explore when you have the right tool.

To conclude, let me add, I had to run some errand to get the needed bucks out before I embarked on this journey. I never wanted to come back to hear that another person has made deposit. I feel a little relieved although there are still a lot of debt to run through my list. Nevertheless, I can say business will play its part to provide what is needed to solve it surrounding expenses. We are both committing ourselves at both ends, I hope to get the entire deal resolved by month end and get the full receipt for the purchase. I might have paid a quarter yet I can say it have proven to be the deal sealer.
