Ai Will need humans to thrive
technology is the big thing NOW, don't fall behind or you'll be left behind. We've seen wonders over the last decade and a half. When you think this is definitely it, boom! Another emerges to astound your imagination. The technological pace is too fast from my view and it's jam packed. Learn this today and you'll have to advance just the next day. Funny enough, who are the ones creating ALL this tech? Humans! yes it's us moving ourselves in a very fast lane.
When blockchain emerged it was more of a trick, many people really focused on cryptocurrencies because it was financially driven. Before you know it, we heard of DeFi, NFT, web3 and the follow up tech is now Ai. Without doubts, this tech is bending the blockchain way. artificial intelligence has proven itself to be a big and promising industry. We've seen large firms and money moguls pouring in the cash for future profits.
This tech has triggered fear and uncertainties in the heart of many individuals. A lot of questions are asked about this tech on a daily bases: will Ai promote unemployment, can it deter human existence, will humans even be a valuable Tool overtime, can they even in turn oppress its creators?. These are just a few of those frequently asked questions. Today isn't the day for control debate (as in if Ai powered robots will take over the world) rather I base this article on whether humans will continue to be valuable.

To go further, let's get a glimpse of what Ai is; a computerized machine developed with capabilities of human intelligence. What are they created for? To solve human problems. They are created to take on human intelligence tasks like decision making, solving problems, learning and understanding of language images and even now videos plus many other applications. So how will it solve human problems? By continually learning from humans. Ai will continually need what to feed on and this will be the daily human knowledge and experiences (new data for upgrade). Without humans, developers of Ai have no market. You must have known at least a little about how their data comes about; the LLM process.
Large Language Models (LLM) programs feed on data in order to replicate human activities at a faster pace. The big difference between humansand Ai is the speed at which ideas and information are regenerated. When looking at Chat GPT and several other text generating Ai platforms you'll indeed be impressed.
Man is Ai
Even if Ai tech succeeds in feeding their powerful computers with all the information found on the net (text, audio, images and videos), the next day it will stand to be outdated. The next man's activity will determine AI's importance. The world continues to accumulate problems and challenges on daily bases which will help thrive AI as developers will continue to train this tech to solve this problems. The popularity of AI is not actually because it's a powerful tech but rather because humans are using it. More like getting answers to humans from a human program robot or system that is embedded with answers.
We can say from here that AI links humans to humans. With many popular applications like translation, text generating, image and videos generation, conversation, rewriting and the many alikes you'll know the need and importance of humans in both ends. Humans are needed for data retrieval to feed this tech which will in turn give it out to humans. Developers will need their money which equals training AI for human problem solving. AI will need human data to learn human problems. Humans will in turn need Ai's fast problem solving ( solution generating tech).
What's the future of AI

The future of Ai depends on the hands of those who will dominate its use case. We've seen it been applied in illegal industries already. Fake image identity generation is just one of those, the porn industry, Internet fraudsters and hackers are already pondering on this tech. Nevertheless, we have to admit that humans will alway misuse technology for greed and any other unethical purposes.
Looking at the positive side of Ai, we know what it can do to the health industry. With a vast array of medical data to easily diagnose sickness. It will help curb the death rate. The challenge currently may be it being expensive to afford.
We've already seen a tip of AI in the manufacturing industry. Go to the automobile industry and you'll get a glimpse of car assembling in a fast and orderly manner. Virtual assistant bots are helping return queries and replies far faster (24/7) allowing customers to feel that needed online satisfaction. In general, it has proven to mitigate human problems when rightly applied. This tech will have a huge chunk in the future of finance and development planning. Many industries will rely on this ready made info for productivity.
To conclude, let me add, without human activities, the development of Ai will be limited. The future of this technology will continue to depend on what humans wants and how to tap this experience from humans to bring human solutions. Man will continue to play a huge role in terms of data to feed AI systems. In a modern world where information is becoming a hot cake, the advancement of AI from my view will depend on the advancement in data.
What are your takes on this, can AI become too advanced for human learning? Join in the conversation.
