Seguimos con la celebración del aniversario de Hive, el número 4, está vez con un grupo de mujeres bellas y empoderadas, que están conquistando cada vez más espacio en la web3 porque están dispuestos a ganar cada día más espacios para mostrar el gran valor de cada una.

Me gustó compartir con este grupo de mujeres cada uno de sus logros, los avances, como llegaron a trabajar en el área tecnológica en la web3, dónde al parecer lo común fue que el los tiempos de pandemia fue una opción diferente y ahora ya forma parte de la vida de ellas, además piensan que este terreno conquistado por mujeres es solo un primer paso, esperamos seguir apoyándonos en espacios.

Me gustó ver la variedad de proyectos que cada una de estas damas defienden, porque ser líderes se trata ser punta de lanza, de abrir camino, de saber oír, no juzgar, entender la posición de cada una, defender lo que cree a pesar que otro venga a señalar o a menospreciar, debemos mostrar que aunque seamos como el cristal nuestro interior es de roca, que soportamos presión y aún así somos capaces de trabajar en equipo, apoyarnos y crecer juntas, sin envidia.

Debemos romper no solo las barreras del idioma, sino que debemos mostrar una fuente real de creatividad, las cuales nos ayudan a dar forma a nuestros planes y proyectos, somos tan buenas en redacción como en matemáticas, también en organización y resistencia aún en la adversidad porque al parecer es una características común entre nosotras.

Que esta reunión espero sea un primer paso para cultivar una linda amistad, pues de aquí formamos un grupo de wasapp para contactarnos fácilmente hasta una siguiente reunión, dónde espero aprender de estas jóvenes emprendedoras para superarme porque en la vida seguimos aprendiendo hasta que ya no estemos en la tierra.

Por supuesto que aprovechamos comentar un poco de nuestra experiencia en Hive, es por ello que en este cuarto aniversario, quiero agradecerle a este ecosistema.

1. Las Grandes amistades que conseguí dentro y fuera de Hive, ese compartir me hace crecer en conocimiento, porque siempre estoy aprendiendo algo en el área tecnológica

1. Los muchos viajes que hice mientras hice Networking, por qué no solo es compartir con ellos sino los diferentes paisajes naturales, centros comerciales, entre otros.

1. Deje atrás temores e inseguridades, para enfocarme en una manera de expresar quien soy, mis planes, visión, aunque se que no es perfecto me gusta enfocarme en lo positivo, desechando lo negativo.

Nunca me cansaré de apoyar aquellos que buscan abrirse paso en la Blockchain, web3 y cualquier área tecnológica que este a mi alcance.

Tampoco me cansare de asistir a talleres educativos que nos sigan enseñando porque este mundo tecnológico es tan inmenso que nunca estará de más el conocimiento, además que es cambiante, así que quedarnos quietos solo hará que perdamos en valor.

Es por ello que encuentros como este te servirá no solo para fortalecer una amistad, sino también oportunidades de crecimiento, así que espero seguir compartiendo con ustedes no solo con un café, sino también a través de cada publicación.

We continue with the celebration of Hive's anniversary, number 4, this time with a group of beautiful and empowered women, who are conquering more and more space on the web3 because they are willing to win every day more spaces to show the great value of each one.

I enjoyed sharing with this group of women each of their achievements, progress, how they came to work in the technology area in the web3, where apparently the common thing was that the times of pandemic was a different option and now is already part of their lives, also think that this land conquered by women is only a first step, we hope to continue to support us in spaces.

I liked to see the variety of projects that each of these ladies defend, because being leaders is about being a spearhead, to lead the way, to know how to listen, not to judge, to understand the position of each one, to defend what we believe in even though others come to point out or belittle, we must show that although we are like glass our interior is made of rock, that we endure pressure and yet we are able to work as a team, support each other and grow together, without envy.

We must break not only the language barriers, but we must show a real source of creativity, which help us to shape our plans and projects, we are as good in writing as in mathematics, also in organization and endurance even in adversity because it seems to be a common characteristic among us.

I hope this meeting is a first step to cultivate a beautiful friendship, because from here we form a wasapp group to contact each other easily until a next meeting, where I hope to learn from these young entrepreneurs to improve myself because in life we continue learning until we are no longer on earth.

Of course we took the opportunity to comment a little of our experience in Hive, that's why in this fourth anniversary, I want to thank this ecosystem.
