Let me imagine waking up one morning to find out that there is a device that can tell me what tomorrow looks like or what is going to happen in my life the next day. Not hastily, but in a realistic or practical form. But just by studying my decisions, habits, my environment, and everything that is happening around me. Then use the information that it gathers to tell me what my future might look like. It might be exciting, scary because of something one might see, you can't tell, and maybe overwhelming at the same time.

For some people this kind of device will mean hope for them. Because it will show them the direction their life is heading, especially people who have struggled well and are not making any headway at all, it will help them to avoid mistakes. Imagine a student who doesn't know which career will help him or her in life; it will give them clarity on which career to go for. I don't think there will be divorce again because you will see the person you want to marry and how it will end. Everybody will make decisions in life without fear of how it will end.

But in all this, knowing the future isn't always easy; it's better not to know what the future holds than to know it. Imagine seeing in your future that regardless of who helps you, you will never make it. That's very scary. No matter how many things you try to look at, if there has been any change and you keep seeing only unpleasant things, how would you react? Will you become anxious? Will you start thinking of suicide because you have lost hope? Because I'm sure then that, that adage that said when there is life, there is hope won't make any sense to you again.

If peradventure such a device should come into existence well, with the right intention, it will help the growth of the world, and I am sure my country people would have fought with everything not to have the present president now. Cures for sickness will be found easily by doctors and scientists before they become severe or spread. It will just help restore hope and create a secure environment.

As much as it will help the country, abuse will be inevitable in the wrong hands; some people will want to use it to control others lives or make things difficult for people around them. There will be chaos, and humanity won't be balanced anymore. Life is better when you don't know what tomorrow holds, but you have hope is for the better.
