My Garden In Total

It's so spectacular having a garden that has different kinds of plants. Although, the garden is just a piece of land at the back of my house. I asked the owner to allow me to use it for the garden, which he did. So, I decided to plant some crops in it. Parts of the crops I planted are Cassava, plantain, etc.

After seeing about the country, one must not remain stagnant. One must plant something to ease the situation as food is just on the high side. Something we just have to do is merely plant what is needed to take care of the immediate needs.

I cherish the fact that I have this garden, as I don't have to buy plantains all the time when I have them in my garden.

I do myself so well to plant cassava in this garden, as this would also ease some kinds of spending. I would save some money as buying cassava flakes when the cassava gets matured would not be there.

I decided to draw a figure or a plant in my garden. This plant is the Cassava. I drew it alongside the leaves and the cassava tubers.

Cassava normally is just like a raw material. So many items are obtained from the cassava, such as cassava flakes (generally known as garri), semolina, lebu, and other items.

In some gardens, what you will see would be vegetable leaves. These leaves are of different types. After having this, I do not need to spend my money on buying vegetables if I were to plant them in my garden.

I just managed to put up this drawing as I am not a good artist. I'm just managing to draw. Likewise, I drew this on the board when I was teaching my students in the school. However, it was after school hours that I decided to make the drawings as my lesson students were yet to get ready.

I have made a thread in the contest post HERE
