The Video Content Revolution's Open Door for All
One of the innovations that took social media by storm was the new way people could easily watch very interesting, amusing, and catchy videos on their mobile devices. TikTok took it to another level with a focus on Gen Z, who now love to create short videos to socialize and showcase their daily lifestyles.
The Gen Z generation is tech-savvy because they grew up alongside the advent of social media, and they love the innovations that technology presents. TikTok showed the world how possible it is for anyone to venture into vlogging. I do watch videos on TikTok, and anytime I do, I see how people are now making great use of their mobile devices to create all kinds of content.
Today, there is an opportunity to monetize your video content on several platforms like YouTube, TikTok, 3speak, and others. Unlike the days when people hardly used their mobile devices, these platforms have emerged as a great way to start creating video content. These video sharing platforms can help you unleash your creativity and showcase it to the world.
It can be easier to gain fame and followers when you actively create interesting content. Gaining fame and growing your following can be leveraged to connect with product brands, serving as another means to earn more money. By showing the world what you have got, whether it's in music, comedy, dance or any kind of skill, you get the stage to a wider audience or even gain international reach.
Anyone can begin, and it doesn't have to involve growing yourself into a professional before you start. It's about going out to show the world what you've got. Perhaps your offering or content is what others have all been waiting for. Sometimes the hindrance to how far we can reach is comparing ourselves to others who are already trending, which only makes us see how hard it could be for us to gain any influence as well.
Starting with Threespeak has really helped me. The platform gives me the chance to know how I am doing and where I should improve. It is even easier on Threespeak, and in my opinion, everyone can start making video content, regardless of whether they are good or not. I love the fact that decentralization is at work.
Everyone is welcome to express themselves without censorship or having to meet many requirements before monetizing their content. We are in a time when people prefer watching videos over reading lengthy content. This trend is due to the fact that visually appealing videos make it easier for people to learn and absorb information than lengthy text that they would have to read.
Videos allow you to better understand and experience what a content creator want to put across compared to written text. video content creation will continue to grow, and the world of social media will open up more space to accommodate all types of users. Furthermore, the social media landscape will continue to give rise to more video making apps, considering how much people enjoy sharing their experiences through videos. I see a huge opportunity ahead, and it's time for everyone to start exploring it.
While watching the first video I just kept smiling and I could only imagine how much joy and happiness the Hive Ghana project has brought to the people in Ghana. Videos are a great way to express how we feel but Starting it can be very hard for some persons but once they do, they would continue to grow in it.
Freewriting is a good idea, I've tried that a couple of times now and it has proven effective although not all the time. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful content with us ❤️.
By the way, I saw you made this post through peaked, is it also the peakd Frontend?
Thanks for your kind words and for watching the videos. Indeed the Hive project in Ghana has brought so much joy in communities who have faced severe water crisis. You are so right. A lot of teens have moved into the world of content creating through video not everyone is interested in read long writeups because it's tiring but viewing it gives some amusement, it's catchy like you said.
A guy was angry at the fact that what he Created didn't get much audience for him but an already existing content creator has made use of his content and it gained a lot of audience.
Definitely, there will setbacks but consistency would help cross the bridge.
I do freewriting sometimes but I don't really take it seriously. I am motivated by your explanation on the essence of freewriting and I will rekindle it for my own good.
I tell you, a time is coming when everyone will consider making videos; the revolution has just begun. We need to be creative in our own ways when venturing into the world of vlogging. It takes time to build yourself and grow. The guy whose content was used should have been angry, provided that the one who used his content credited him. It can also be an avenue for him to trend as well. However, he has every right over his own content since it's his intellectual property. If it's on Tiktok, then the usual way that people duet others' content, which is not much of a concern. I really love Threespeak due to the fact that you own your content and there is no one who can monetize it without your permission. In all, there will still be setbacks when you are starting, but being consistent is key and could greatly help you to thrive
Seriously, I have had vlogging on 3speak in mind but didn't know how to go about it but I was reluctant to getting more knowledge on how to go about it.
It's easy to start, just have your video content available and then sign up of you haven't with your Hive account 3speak. Alternatively, you can download 3speak mobile App on either Play Store or App Store.
Alright thank you!
Indeed video makes messages more understandable and very easy to follow. No wonder many people have time to watch more videos in day than to read
I can't remember the last time I read a phone manual. I prefer watching reviews and learning about any new device I buy. Videos guides always simplify everything for me
This is same for me
Honestly, it is way easier to convey your message through videos than text and thankfully, a lot of people have realized that
