CoinMarketCap Peer Index?

What if @coinmarketcap were a Coin Market Cap of a Peer to Peer held token that elected to be a coin index by peer to peer means? Maybe a CMI, Coin Market Index? We can start at one (1) Hive, ten (10), or one hundred (100). Providing a starting point to deviate from. With the goal of "price go UP". Would be pegged and traded with Hive initially and mostly until a new dominant pool is established. However whenever that may be. Hive could maybe be the first pool. This would establish some decentralized liquidity, also providing Hive liquidity with the order book. The goal maybe to pair with Bitcoin, BTC, SWAP.BTC, as the long term choice. This @coinmarketcap account may move it's share of coins as it chooses in some positive Math(ematical) sense. This is privately mapped out. Coin would be initially pegged to one Hive if anyone is interested. With an initial deficit, surpluses of any kind would be used to buy back tokens at the one Hive value level and/or higher. Wanting to use this account for something since it has such a great name.
