sjoe well, I can believe it but it is the end of an era. it's sort of like when we lost Mnet obsolete as our main provider for premium viewing. I mean, I know Mnet still exists on DSTV, but it's... lost it's magic. All in all, streaming platforms have made DSTV obsolete unless you are a sports fan, but there are even ways around that if you don't have DSTV.

Yes there are so many ways and I watch DSTV sports via streaming for free. We stopped subscribing 7 year ago already and I miss absolutely nothing.
Amen to that. I remember when I had DSTV once upon a time when I was off sick, I realized that most channels just play repeats all day long. Like you can watch the same episode of something three times on the crime and investigation channel or the History Channel. Waste of money, really.
Main reason why I cancelled it as it was all re runs. They cannot afford to buy the new packages from overseas and why they are going to be history very soon.
Totally. An absolute waste of money. A lot of jobs to be lost though :(
