As far as innovative ideas go, this is a really good one. It takes foresight to be able to come up with something as good as this. The pay is fair for a start, and hopefully the idea turns out to be everything you hoped for. Well-done, it's a beautiful idea and I can it see developing into something grounded and fulfilling.

I'm willing to go for it if it's open, I bring dedication and full commitment to the table. It's what I enjoy doing, the pay is just a bonus. I'll check all the boxes and do a thorough job if I get the opportunity.
