Talking to my mind at the intersection of philosophy and psychology

Lately I have found it necessary in my life to be able to ask and question myself many aspects that I think shape my essence as a human being, however those questionings do not remain there empty without any kind of order, but rather I question them on the average of philosophy, reasoning about the reasons that drive me to carry out that inner dialogue.

A psychological approach to such questioning allows me to rethink new behaviors that I can adopt as long as I can interact some philosophical paradoxes with my behavior given the daily demands.

How is my action based on my thoughts?

I believe that my stimuli have a good response and it goes in accordance with what I think and analyze, while I make a correct spreading of time to think and then act I see a concordance of successes based on the fulfillment of my objectives and goals set.

I will continue evaluating my behavior and intersecting it with my philosophical precepts that allow me to counteract the digression of my thoughts towards new ways of acting that are more adapted to my needs.
