Mental strength needed to overcome challenges

I have felt my mind weak at different stages of my life, so I have had to train it to be able to strengthen it in order to overcome all the challenges that have been presented to me along the way. I can say that the mental strength I have achieved has helped me to be able to act with determination without being afraid of the challenges, once I face the challenges without fear is that I have been able to find some solutions to these challenges.

When I say that I have only been able to find solutions to some challenges by acting with determination, it is because life experience has made me think that it is necessary to train our mind to act with determination but with the necessary prudence to be able to solve all obstacles efficiently. It is necessary that we take into account that the obstacles are overcome in many occasions by stages, so patience is a virtue that we can handle as long as we have trained our mind for it.

Training my mind has meant to enter into hard struggles of reflection and thoughts every night, fighting with my inner self, debating between my own ideas that have had to be refuted by my own person, and in this way to move forward and overcome obstacles, it is important to mention that to overcome these obstacles I have had to accept and overcome some defeats, which have served me as learning for other obstacles encountered in the long road.

I believe that the mental training in my life has not only been to think and reflect, but also to be able to assume the acts of my life as links of constant overcoming, since being able to overcome constantly has a meaning that each battle won is a training for the other battles that we must overcome.
