Is there a way to happiness, or should happiness be our way?
The ideal moments in our life are not the ones we think or plan, since this constant search makes us waste time in something that we should not look for, because if we live life the good moments will simply arrive without realizing it.
We have such big illusions about the supposed moments we should live to be happy, that life goes by and that planning never arrives, not that planning is bad, but that life planning takes time, and if we do not achieve it we will feel that we have lost everything.
The ideal is that we do not pursue those moments that are ideal for us, instead if we live with fullness and awareness of our actions, we will see how those moments come into our lives that without pursuing them make us happy.
This is something that we learn from mistakes and disappointments, once we get tired of planning so much to achieve our best moments, it reaches the point where we simply dedicate ourselves to live, we do not give so much importance to the material, without losing the horizon of what we need to have a good quality of life, however when we share with our loved ones, when we focus on other things that we did not consider important in the past, then we get the big surprise that gradually embraces us happiness little by little.
There is no magic formula to reach happiness, simply when we live without thinking about being happy, we will see how happiness reaches us and becomes our path without choice.
