How to align the mind with our objectives?

Hello friends of the hive.

On this occasion I want to share with you through this post a reflection on how we can face our own goals based on the internal observation of our thoughts, feelings or actions.

The concentration and determination with which we think and act is fundamental to face our objectives, since within the goals that we set for ourselves there will be a certain degree of difficulty in achieving these goals, however when we explore within ourselves and discover how far we are able to act in favor of the fulfillment of these objectives, then we are motivated and we can go all out to achieve them.

Many people at some point in our lives, we set goals to achieve, however in order to achieve them, it is not enough to just put those goals in front of us, it is also necessary that we are fertilizing the ground of the arguments that are necessary to fulfill them one by one.

The first thing we must do is to fertilize the ground of our mind, since it is the propelling source of our thoughts, the mind must be fed to motivate us constantly, since it is the link that exists with the outside and our interior, nothing happens in our outside world without first being processed by our mind. If our mind is able to act as a stimulant to erase from our thoughts the existing limiting barriers that do not let us focus to develop a good performance in the fulfillment of our objectives, then it is because we are fertilizing and feeding our mind correctly.

We can feed our mind by doing simple things, but we need to do to keep it nourished, stress is the enemy of our mind, that is why when we have stress for any particular activity it is important that we know when to stop, stop means taking a breath and refresh our ideas, there we are feeding our mind so it can continue.

Meditation is an essential source to feed our mind, for this we must know how to listen to silence, noise-free environments are very conducive to think about what is best for us, in that same meditation can be used to think about what limits us, once identified the limiting factors, then we can already make a plan of strategies to eliminate these limitations.

In conclusion I can say that our mind can be aligned with our goals as long as we manage to have a healthy mind and in tune to motivate us constantly, without motivation it is very difficult to achieve the goals set, with a nourished mind we are motivated, we think better about what suits us best.
