How does a society in decline govern the rules of coexistence?

The first important thing is to understand that the tendency of a society that is not well in its structure and form is that it follows patterns of reaction where the rules of coexistence are multiplied excessively, since the only way that society can endure and live in an environment of deterioration is that the rules of coexistence are multiplied and that in some way or another helps in a process of universal education where we all learn to live with what we have no matter how bad our environment of coexistence is.

The current times of crisis push the current society to act based on the disorientation generated, the only thing that can be done is to invite the entire population to seek refuge in a set of rules that guide us on how to live in an environment where resources are scarce and where increasingly society as a whole lives the worst of moral and ethical decadence that we can imagine, not to mention the abyss to which we are pushing us due to climate change resulting from global warming.

Out of a context of generalized norms, we can also build an environment built by our own and individual ideals, in which a universal norm is supported and the life of each one of us as entities belonging to this society that demands reflections on the actions that we must have at present, to build a society that can act in the support of a future society that is sustainable in time.
