Leadership as a teacher is assumed based on the needs of some educational deficiencies present in the classroom, since students need to be motivated under a figure in which the teacher transcends beyond the traditional figure of the teacher, which is why the educational environment has to be redefined for the teacher to take part in a participation in the form of leadership.

For the teacher to be seen as a leader by the students, he must transcend and take risks that make him occupy a multifaceted role, the student needs to have in the classroom a counselor, a friend, a connoisseur of science, in short, a teacher who learns from the shortcomings of the students, and for this leadership model to fit in today's society, the traditional paradigms that encompass an education in which the teacher teaches a lot of subjects and in which the student is simply dedicated to learning what is taught must be broken.

To take challenges implies to be sincere with the students, it is necessary to end with that figure of the boss in the classroom, and that the students can really see us as leaders, for this we could not accept limits, we must go to the educational battle with the students even in the aspects that we do not know, that is to say that the figure under which they should see us is in which we are simply guides of knowledge, that is to say that we can also accompany them so that we all learn together, we do not have to know everything, but what we must know is to guide the way to learning in all the parts involved.
