Discouragement sometimes takes over my day
Discouragement can come to us at any moment of our life, however it is our decision if we decide to leave it in us or take it out of our lives, because once we get discouragement away from our lives everything becomes more positive.
Something bad can happen to us at the beginning of the day, which makes that negative event can mark us, but with all the bad that happened to us and that discourages us, we can move forward.
The first thing is to embrace our real emotions, whatever they may be, if we feel discouraged, that is how we feel, however the simple and easy reason to accept it makes us willing to change it, because if we do not accept it, it is because we are assuming that we are fine when in fact it is not so.
We must generate a balance, that is to say, when we make the decision to get rid of discouragement, we should not look for the causes of discouragement simply in something negative that is happening to us, because if there is something wrong with our body's health, we will become very susceptible to everything that happens to us, and suddenly something that we think is happening to us and that is bad, maybe it really is not.
So that any health problem does not confuse our emotions we must take care of our body and therefore our health, if we do not sleep well, we do not eat well, it will make any external agent discourage us and alter our emotions.
What I consider a true emotional state is when we express and feel emotions being healthy, because otherwise they are emotions that are altered by poor health.
But above all the recommendations that I can give, I think there is one that is more important than all, because I have lived it and according to my experience has affected me greatly, and it is anxiety, when I have walked in life living my day to day in a hurry, there comes a time where all the energy and my concentration I have not been able to distribute evenly for the whole day, which has brought me as a result that at the end of the day ended up discouraged.
So it is best to take a break, do other activities that help us to release stress and satiate anxiety, because if we want to do everything quickly, it is likely that things do not go well as we expect and in the end we end up discouraged.
In my personal experience on many occasions I have been able to overcome discouragement by making variations in my lifestyle, changing my mentality many times, seeing defeats as learning opportunities that allow me to improve, but above all I advise everyone to apply their own personalized strategies to overcome their own discouragement, since each individual in the world is different, and everyone has different ways to overcome and keep discouragement away.
