The value of human talent in organizations.

Nowadays, organizations, companies, work entities as you want to call them have globalized technological systems, which allow them to develop and develop in the sector in which they are immersed, taking into account that they are subject to continuous changes during the execution of their activities, in order to achieve their organizational objectives through policies or strategies for growth or development. In this sense, there are several organizations that have highly trained personnel who execute the activities, starting from the fact that they are also an important part of it, promoting satisfaction, motivation and high performance within their workplaces, achieving effective production levels during the economic period.

That is why the management of human talent in general terms is the soul and therefore the most important function within any organization, since in this is immersed the entire organizational culture and the operation of companies from its most sensitive point, such as people, as well as the whole process of inclusion of employees and the acceptance of organizational objectives.

Managing human talent allows the improvement, the use of this intellectual capital that facilitates, turning it into a communication channel for the improvement of the needs in attention to the wishes of those involved, in order to help them, support them and offer them enrichment as well as the development of their personality, on the basis of the above, it is intended to face a learning society where expectations, requirements, forms of participation, interrelation and communication are redefined, the need to have guidelines that delimit which are the competences to exhibit in their personal and professional practice is demanded.

Based on the above, human talent plays a fundamental role in any organization, since it is the one who with its knowledge and experience solves the problems that may arise, in this sense Chiavenato (2009), states that:

"human talent management refers to the set of policies and practices necessary to manage management positions related to people or resources; putting into practice processes of recruitment, selection, training, rewards and performance evaluation".

Human talent management over the years has been renamed several times, it has been called human resources, employee management, human capital management, people management, among many other names, but in the end it has always been and will always be the process through which organizations welcome people to make them a fundamental part of the whole organizational structure.
