Every day that passes, science and technology provide us with solutions to almost all our needs, if not all, from any area of life are always looking for those alternatives that allow us to increase our quality of life and especially in terms of health.

At present there are many people with neurological and/or motor disabilities who are waiting for a religious or technological scientific miracle that will allow them to resume their daily activities and thus recover the quality of life of both the person and his or her family group.

Because of the above, the great scientists of the world have sought ways to return to these people with neurological and / or motor disabilities a solution that allows them to resume their lives, there are many scientific and technological advances that have arisen in recent years in order to find solutions to such complexities, the most recent that can be mentioned is the wireless connection of the human brain to a computer.

The neuroscientists who have developed this important breakthrough performed a human test of the Wireless Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) obtaining an important result, since this equipment is capable of perceiving and decoding signals in the human brain and transmitting them to external devices without necessarily having to be connected to a wiring.

These devices give the opportunity to people with this type of disability to be able to write on computer screens or to manipulate robotic prostheses. It is important to mention that the operation of this device is through the implantation of a chip in the motor cortex of the patient, which registers the signals emitted by the neurons. This chip instantly sends the data obtained to a computer which translates them into instructions that the patient has issued.

This advance may sound old-fashioned but the BCI predecessors to this new device must be connected to cables in order to connect the matrix of the brain sensors to the computers, this presents large-scale limitations as these cables greatly limit the patients as they must be in fixed places connected under the supervision of experts. These new devices have a weight of 40 grams and as mentioned above are connected to the upper cortex of the patient's head connecting it to electrodes inside the brain in the same ports used by the BCI wired system, the most relevant difference is that patients no longer have to be physically connected which opens new possibilities and hope for people with this type of disability.
