[ESP /ING] La Unión Europea aprueba el Pasaporte de Vacunas. / The European Union approves the Vaccine Passport.
Saludos a todos mis apreciados lectores y seguidores de esta valiosa comunidad, dando continuidad a mis publicaciones compartiré con ustedes el día de hoy información del reciente pasaporte de vacunas para que los ciudadanos pertenecientes a los países que conforman la UE puedan circular sin ningún problema.

Recientemente la UE coloco en circulación el pasaporte de vacuna o también llamado certificado digital verde, con el cual los ciudadanos que viven en los países miembros de la UE puedan viajar de un país a otro sin ninguna restricción. El certificado digital confirma que la persona fue vacunada, posee una prueba de COVID-19 negativa o de haber superado este mortal virus, este pasaporte fue aprobado en marzo de este año y entro en vigencia a partir del 1 de julio y cuyo propósito es que los ciudadanos circulen sin ninguna restricción.
Recently the EU put into circulation the vaccine passport or also called green digital certificate, with which citizens living in EU member countries can travel from one country to another without any restriction. The digital certificate confirms that the person was vaccinated, has a negative COVID-19 test or has overcome this deadly virus, this passport was approved in March of this year and entered into force from July 1 and whose purpose is that citizens circulate without any restriction.
Hubo quienes se opusieron a este pasaporte de vacunas o certificado digital por el temor a que se genere alguna discriminación a quienes no lo posean, aunque países como Alemania y España países miembros de la UE flexibilizaron esta medida y permitieron que viajeros extranjeros puedan ingresar sin ningún problema. Este certificado digital cuenta con una serie de elementos que garantizan su operatividad, algunos de estos elementos son que este certificado digital está disponible para todos los ciudadanos de la UE, será emitido de manera digital y en papel, ambas maneras tendrán un código QR.

Los más afectados ante esta nueva medida de bioseguridad que la UE ha impuesto son las personas que viajan desde Latinoamérica, pues la UE solo ha autorizado la vacunación con las siguientes vacunas Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford-AstraZeneca y Johnson & Johnson y no ha autorizado las vacunas Sputnik V ni las chinas Sinovac y Sinopharm, estas últimas son las más utilizadas en los países de Latinoamérica, por lo cual las personas que presenten su tarjeta de vacunación con estas vacunas no podrán ingresar a los países de la UE.

Aunque el congreso de la UE dejo en manos de cada país si permite la entrada de viajeros que posean las vacunas no autorizadas por el bloque europeo, sugirieron que no les permitan el ingreso. En conclusión aunque esta medida de bioseguridad que la UE esta implementando asegura de ci cierto modo que la cadena de contagios se pueda controlar está generando mucha discordia con los turistas pues no todos se han podido vacunar y muchos menos con las vacunas que están exigiendo.
