INTRODUCTION

Hello friends, how are we doing today, my name is @caleb-marvel and am here to talk about unhealthy food. In our last post, we talked about unhealthy fruits and I believe that most of us learnt from the topic. Please I will like us to eat healthy food even as we move on in our #cryptocurrency world, is not all about making the money but we all know that when you are healthy, your wealth will be more sure. But if you are not, you gonna spend your wealth in solving one health issue or another. Without taking much of our time, let check out what we have today.

WHAT IS FOOD?

Food is any thing that we take into our body, it can be substance or liquid that gives us nutrients.

WHAT IS UNHEALTHY FOOD ?

Unhealthy food are those food that doesn't have a good nutrient in it or mixing the good items that do not have nutritional value and those food that have little nutritional value together with the food that have nutritional value.
Most times this unhealthy food do taste good and attractive, but we should learn how to control them just to keep our body system healthy and strong because heath is wealth. If you are not healthy you can go outside to work and to earn more money that you will use for survive.

There is a saying that goes like this "The more you Look, the less you see" and I want to tell you that the more you eat unhealthy food, the lesser you live healthy your body system will not be able to fight strongly again sickness. And before you know it, you will be sick and spending your money for treatment here and there, when you could have just prevented the sickness by eating healthy food.

FOOD THAT ARE UNHEALTHY WHEN IS MUCH

  • Sugar:
    Sugar is not harmful but when you take much of it, it causes diabetics and to the men, it causes watery spam that is to say you can't easily pregnant a woman "your wife".

  • Caffeine
    You can fine caffeine mostly in coffee, due to the chemicals that they use in growing the coffee beans which are herbicide and pesticide and you know that all this chemicals are toxic in nature.
    Too much of this causes High Blood Pressure, Headache and Fatigue e.t.c.

  • Saturated Fat
    The excessive taking of saturated fat is not really good for the body. The food that you can fine those things are Fried food and Fatty meat.
    And it causes Obesity and increases the level of Cholesterol which as time goes on can cause more disorder in your body system.

CONCLUSION

I discover that most of these unhealthy food, that's was most person delight joy in eating and when you tell them that this food is not too health for them, so will ask you...Is it your money that I use in buying it? But little did they know that they can use their own money to buy what's gonna cost them their life unknowingly to them. So call it enjoyment, you see a man or a woman that is taking lost of sugar and you tell him or her, hai...... This sugar is much in your tea ☕, some time they will now ask you. "Is it your business, are you the person drinking the tea?".
In all I really want to advice us to stop eating unhealthy food so that we can be able to stay healthy and strong.
I really want to appreciate your patience in reading that post on unhealthy food, it's really good to stay away from unhealthy for so that we can live long and stay in good health.
