thanks for sharing this video and the valuable data within it! yes, it would appear that most people could learn a thing or two from this data, in order to break free from the telLIEvision programming most of us received growing up.

kinda curious why you are so adamant about yOUR sea 🌊 salt being white, particularly when you reference celtic BRAND sea salt and my finding theirs is usually an off-white color (kinda greyish)(?)
are you diametrically opposed to pink, or and colored, sea salt even if it comes from the SELINA NATURALLY company? and, if so, do you care to share that reasoning?

Color implies contaminants, some good, some benign, some bad. It's just a little riskier. I'm mainly referring to reddish salt not grey.

thanks for the clarification!

i, personally in the past , had adopted the attitude that it was best for me and my diet to avoid the “white-version” of most foods-types (e.g. white-flour, white-bread, white-sugar, and yes, white-salt, etc…), in favor of their more colorful counterparts.

I was working on a fire crew one year. A person in the household was on an anti-salt kick and got rid of everything that contained salt in the house.

Anyway, midway through a day of chopping a fire line I collapsed. A medic gave me a pack of salt to eat and I quickly recovered.

I suspect that the reason that the medical world is against salt is because changes in salt levels seem to affect blood pressure.

When people remove salt from their diet their blood pressure reduces. When people go from a low salt to higher salt diet their blood pressure increases.

This leads one to believe that high blood pressure must be a result of salt levels. However, it is likely that the body quickly compensates for the change. So, reducing salt does not lead to a permanent reduction in blood pressure.

BTW: manufacturers started adding iodine to salt in response to goiter outbreaks. It is one of the few times that additives improved health.

Iodine in salt isn't bad, but it's a sign of it being processed salt which often comes with things like anti-caking agents added.

Great information, dear @cahlen !! Thanks so much for all the brilliant videos you share; I appreciate them hugely :-D
Yes, so many of the myths in mainstream around what is 'good' or 'bad' for us, are based on a short-term, compartmentalised view of any particular thing - it totally misses the panoramic long-term picture, in which we see much better what REALLY makes us healthy - or not.
This seems to be such a huge part of what's coming into the collective conscious right now - the awareness that acting from a more panoramic, whole-istic view gives very different outcomes. There are so many homeopathic principles for example, that are now becoming common knowledge... it's an exciting time to see minds being blown so regularly - and to be one of the ones blowing the minds :-D Heheh!
Beautiful day and beautiful work to you dear friend,
Clare.

I fully backup nearly all of what you said !

For those having trust issue and/or lack of insight,
I studied medicine, then Chinese medicine.

I have to add that for food, each body is different so generalization is impossible.
The only thing is most of food is poisoned (a way or another)
So keep it simple with quality unprocessed food.

The part I did not backup is the white salt.
Most of the time additives are put to make salt look white (because it sell better)
With the traditional harvest most of your salt is grayish and a few quantity is white (the better but much more expensive)

It is shown on this video

And keep in mind that with the global planet poisoning it will become harder and harder to eat unspoiled food.

Happy though though : Your body is a very well made and can adapt to many stress :)

I wonder how much Aluminium and Barium and other pollutants are in these salts from Chemtrails spraying all days long...😰🙄🧐🧐🧐 I guess one should only still buy salts from mines, which are unprocessed...

You made a solid point,
that's why I talked just after the video about global planet poisoning…

salts from mines should indeed be the safer (but depends on the local soil pollution)
