Libya is enhancing its sports infrastructure by building and renovating stadiums for high-level football.

The government plans to construct three new FIFA international stadiums in Sirte, Ajdabiya, and Sabha.

The June 11 Stadium in Tripoli, one of the largest, reopened in March after over two years of renovations.
