I actually did a quick bit of my own research.
What i found in my very brief look into it was that no scientific body has been able to replicate his ‘effect’
That all the videos are very old and no new research has been produced.

That is not entirely true. The phenomenon of the Hutchison Effect is well known by the military, and the Canadian government had even once confiscated his equipment. Many researchers in the Cold Fusion space have replicated some aspects of his work, but nothing publicly to his scale. The HE is well documented even if many of the footages and news reports are old.
