Home appliances that makes my life easier
Our forefathers really missed out on easy life based on the hard work and manual labor they had to do to feed themselves...
We are now in the Era of technologies that made life easier for us to live...
I will mention some home appliances that makes life easier for me and there are some that I do not see the need for at the moment, for example my iron... I bought this iron 8 months ago and I have only used it twice! I guess it is probably cos I don't put on suit or natives which requires ironing..I am always on casual dress that doesn't require the use of Iron before putting them on.
Refrigerator/Fridge
This is one of the most important home appliances everyone should have in their home, whether you are a bachelor, spinster or married, you need this to keep your water and other drinks cold, most importantly you need it to preserve some of your foods..
As a bachelor, if you can't cook, you can ask a friend for help, or just pay someone to cook for you and then you store those food in the refrigerator to preserve them and they can be stored for weeks without spoiling...
Microwave Oven
This complement the refrigerator, you need the microwave to warm your food that you preserve with the fridge when you want to eat them, it only less than 15 mins to warm your soup or other food... The microwave makes it easier to warm those food and it saves you money and stress, the money aspect is without it you would be wasting gas to warm the food and the stress part is having to pour the content in the pot before you warm it...
Rice Cooker
This rice cooker has been a money saver because without it , I know how much I would be spending on filling gas every month but with the rice cooker, sometimes I can go two month without filling gas...
I purposely did not buy an electric cooker because it consumes a lot of electricity but this rice cooker is minimal like other appliances...
I use it to cook my rice, beans and other food, it is only soup I am yet to cook with it.
Electric Fan
You see this electric fan has been a joy giver since I bought it especially this period that the Nepa refused to give us electricity constantly, once I charge it full, it can last up to 8 hours on its lowest speed which Is what I often put it, but if I want it to blow well, it will only last for 3 hours but the goal is for me not to feel the heat so it is always on lowest... Heat would have killed somebody son without this fan.
These four home appliances I mentioned above are my life saver in this hard economy.

Hehe. It seems you have described most important and necessary things we need in our daily life. But amount those I feel refrigerator and fan are the most important for me.

There are sometimes I just sit to admire the beauty and work of technology. Trust me it really makes work easy for us and makes us achieve things faster than we can imagine

Why am I never surprised when I find out that every guy has a rice cooker. What else could they rely on if not it.😂
In the university, guys used to cook everything in rice cooker. Be it stew, rice , yam , whatever. I think it’s really convenient for them.
it is a life safer, it helps to minimize the cost of filling gas especially now that gas is now expensive...
Light is more expensive than gas, if you ask me.
Not if you are sharing electricity bills with 5 others

That Microwave oven is a must have. It’s really useful and always better than warming the stew or food all the time
it is also used for warming, just that it is faster and less stressful and save us the money we use for gas.
Our era is the era of no stress😂 no time to go and start breaking firewood to warm soup when microwave is there to finish the job for you.
Life is not easy. Life goes through many difficulties and problems. It is a fact that some things have become easy because of technology. Earlier, people were worried about the way AC was not used. There was no refrigerator. So now life has become easier in this way but still earning money is very difficult in every field.
