The thing is though, that even with all that time on our hands, what the average person will be able to create, is not in demand.

Kind of feels a bit like Hive at times. I know for a fact that most of the stuff I post here is not really in demand or valuable to anyone else. Every once in a while I might throw a gem out there, but for the most part I am doing it for me more than I am for anyone else.

It requires a change in mindset on what has value, doesn't it? For what we do here to be valuable, there needs to be more community, more interpersonal interaction, friendships, real people. If we want to be valued as a human, we have to value humans.

Yes, I agree with that. I think there are some people that find value in some of my stuff. If we could get some more users it's almost unimaginable to think what we could build here.

A million active users, and getting to 10 million is pretty easy.
