It's a sweet and spicy sausage that they put on a lot of stuff in the UP. Most legit pizza places up there have at least one pie with cudighi on it if not multiple. There is a place in Houghton right on the river that has some really amazing chicken and broccoli pasties. My wife loves that one. I go with the traditional beef.

Hmm, that sounds very unique (in a good way). Maybe we plan a road trip up there when the snow melts next year!
