Videos are always at risk. They require plenty of storage. 3speak is working on a system to do it in a decentralized way, but there is some stuff about staking some tokens or something to guarantee the videos will stay... didn't understand the whole thing ... that's all fine, but for now I'm sticking with YouTube and my hard drive.

I read about those tokens too, but I rarely use video, so I wasn't overly interested.
And as for data, only this is true: your storage, your data 🙂
