My Perspective on Menstrual Cramps

The way humans are created, we are built in the diversity of bodies irrespective of gender whether one is a male or one is a female that is crucial to how one thing works. The way men react to some things is different to how women react to something's and that point down to gender differences. There are some areas of the body in which men experience pain that differs from women.

I have heard and read a lot of people's views about menstrual cramps. I believe as a female reading this, you will quite understand what I am trying to say and from the point of view, I am saying. There has been a popular belief that all ladies experience pain during their menstrual period which is generally tagged as cramps and this severity of pain is always constant. Some believe that it is only for ladies who have not locked their menopause period. As for some people who might not understand what the menopause period means, it means the state you reach or age rather than where medical your ovaries might not be fertile to handle a child.

To some people, they attached menopause age to 50 years while some attached it to 40 years old and vice versa. Depending on what your body system is. It has been claimed that some people with menopause arrived early than others due to some reasons like genetic reasons. I have also heard several times from people that not all females experience pain during their menstrual cramps. Some do not experience the thing called cramps while some experience it severally. One thing I actually believe is there is no how a female can cheat nature.

Some believe that having sex as a female can help you to stop the experience of that cramps. Well, I don't believe in superstition because I still believe that even people who are married are still experiencing cramps. Well if I am wrong, probably the women on this Blockchain can correct me though. In as much as it seems females generally experience cramps, I still believe there are some health precautions that as a female one can follow which can help subsidies the painful experience of the cramps. Why I can grab that it is a painful experience, I have a sister who experiences it monthly and trust me whenever she is passing through the cramps, it is always like hell for her especially the aspect of the stomach ache. It gets so severe for her.

One thing I have come to discover is consuming sugary things just like I stated in my last post, can trigger the pain more. Yes, you must have heard several times that sugar is not good for you whether as a man or a female. As a female, if you are a lover of sugary things like sweets, chocolate or anything you consume that contains high levels of sugar. I strongly believe it is high time you should start watching your sugary take because it can amplify the pain you feel during the cramps. Some might say, does it mean I should not take anything sweet again because of the fear of cramps? No, I am not saying that. Of course that will be difficult to take anything that to an extent is not sugary or sweet rather but you can bring the consumption to a minimum level because of your health. If you are a lover of carbonated drinks, it is high time you should start disciplining yourself to abstain from them. The early the better. Trust me you don't want to deal with the health effect

Not only that, if you are a lover of smoking as a female, it will be something good if you can stop it. Well, I strongly believe a lot has been said about the dangerous effect of smoking and most times we focus only on the lung damage. Beyond the lung damage and beyond the cancer it can cause, it can also lead to a painful period of craps. Try to also exercise as much as possible as it helps to ease the pain. Engage in exercise. Try to abstain from stress also because it has also been discovered that stress contributes to the causes of cramps a lot

In as much as it seems you might not be able to cheat nature in escaping cramps, I still believe it can still be thoroughly managed to the point whereby you might not feel the pain or the pain felt will be minimal. Yes, you can do it. Just like I said, watch out for the sugary content you consume. Do it for the next few months and you will thank me later
