When we talk about exercise, a lot always comes to our mind surrounding that topic and that's because a lot have been said about it. In fact for many of us, it is no more new to us because we have been taught severally on it. Some have read on it and many more.NThis can make us not to even realise truly the importance of exercise to our body and so we just see it as a topic that has been discussed often and often over and over again.

When we talk about exercise, we mean is a type of physical activity that is repetitive, planned, and has as its ultimate or intermediate goal of the maintenance or enhancement of physical fitness. There are a lot of things Regular exercise do that many of us are not aware of. It offers a wide range of advantages for the body and mind, whether people choose low-intensity activities like walking or weight training, or high-intensity ones like uphill cycling. Trust me no matter the type of exercise you choose, it has a way of helping your body. Some it shows soon and some it takes a while for you to start seeing the advantage.

It is done for a variety of objectives, such as weight loss or maintenance, to support strength and growth, build the heart and muscles, sharpen athletic abilities, improve health, or just for fun.When it comes to exercise, there are several forms it can take for. For many people prefer to work out outside, since it allows them to interact, gather in groups, and improve their physical and mental health and for some they prefer working out indoor since it offers them this privacy they desire. Exercise of any kind, no matter how little, is better than doing none at all.

When we also talk about exercise, we should understand that there are many different types of exercise, each with its own benefits and its own peculiarities. Some of the most common types of exercise include:

1.Aerobic exercise:

Aerobic exercise is any type of exercise that increases your heart rate and breathing. It is often called "cardio" exercise. Aerobic exercise can help to improve your cardiovascular health, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Examples of aerobic exercise include walking, running, swimming, biking, dancing, and playing sports. Most of the time, this is the most popular form of exercise that is been done.

2.Anaerobic exercise:

Anaerobic exercise is any type of exercise that does not require oxygen. It is often called "resistance" exercise or "weight training." Anaerobic exercise can help to build muscle mass and strength. Examples of anaerobic exercise include lifting weights, doing push-ups and sit-ups, and sprinting. This also can be done both indoor and outside the door. Most of the time it is done in gym.

3.Flexibility exercise:

Flexibility exercise is any type of exercise that stretches your muscles. It can help to improve your range of motion and reduce your risk of injury. Examples of flexibility exercise include yoga, tai chi, and stretching. This is fondly done in aspect of Asia. Countries who love yoga. This helps also in meditation as many claimed.

4.Agility training:

Agility training is any type of exercise that helps you to improve your balance, coordination, and reaction time. It can help you to improve your athletic performance and reduce your risk of injury. Examples of agility training include plyometrics, obstacle courses, and drills. This types of exercise seems to be far more advanced and is done rarely among an average person. It is majorly found among athletes.

Before I conclude, I gave talked about the types of exercise we have, let me briefly talked about some of the benefits it has to offer for our body. Some we are quite aware of and some we are not aware of. We should understand that Exercise has many benefits for both your physical and mental health.

The first one is it helps in Improved cardiovascular health. Many of us did not know that exercise can help to lower your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and risk of heart disease, stroke, and other chronic diseases. Not only that but also do you know that Exercise can help you to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Have you ever wonder that most of the time that obesed people are always recommended to do some exercise. This helps to put them in top shape and burns out the extra fats in them thereby reducing in weight

The second benefits I will like to talk about is that it helps in Increased muscle mass and strength. Exercise can help you to build muscle mass and strength. This helps to put your muscles in top shape to perform exceedly well. Not only that but also Exercise can help you to improve your range of motion and reduce your risk of injury.

The third benefits I will like to talk about is that it helps to Improved balance and coordination. Exercise can help you to improve your balance and coordination.It has a way of reducing stress levels and improve your mood.Just to add to this also, Exercise can help to improve your sleep quality.

Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. It has many benefits for both your physical and mental health. There are many different types of exercise, so you can find one that you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle. If you are new to exercise, start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. And remember, any amount of exercise is better than no exercise at
