Humanity is blessed with a lot of resources that can help them to live and stay healthy but at the end of the day, some are utilised and some are ignored probably due to a lack of knowledge about the value and importance they carry. One of them is fruit. Fruits are an essential part of a healthy diet. So many have been said several times about fruit. A lot of books written, articles, and videos made on fruit but why is it that many of us still ignored it creating a habit of incorporating it into our dietary?

They are packed with nutrients and minerals that can help protect your heart, prevent cancer, and improve your skin and hair health.
Today I will be talking about some of the health benefits of fruit. It might shock you that some you are aware of and some you might be hearing for the first time. In whatever way, it will do you good at the end of this post and I hope it will raise your enthusiasm to start adding it to your diet.

•Heart health:

There are a lot of wonders fruit to your heart health that you might not know. One thing about some of the health benefits of fruit is some might not show in the body right now and some will for months. But at the end of the day, your body tends to benefit from it overall and that's a good thing.

As you always know, one of the common issues associated with heart health is heart attack and high blood pressure. With fruit, it helps to increase the immunity towards that thereby making you stay healthy

Growing up, one of the diseases I was really afraid of apart from the popular HIV and AIDS we all know that we grow up afraid of is also cancer. So many I have heard and the fact it has no cure increases the fear. But do you know fruit is capable of tackling cancer??

Fruits contain antioxidants that can help protect your cells from damage, which can help reduce your risk of cancer. Most of the time what causes cancer is when your cell is damaged. The more damaged your cell is, the more its immunity ability reduces thereby reducing the ability to fight against infections like cancer.

•Skin and hair health:

One of the benefits of fruit also is it helps to improve your skin and hair health. It gives you this perfect and healthy skin.

Fruits are a good source of vitamin C, which is essential for healthy skin and hair and not only that but they also contain other nutrients that can help improve your skin's elasticity and hydration.

•Digestion:

Fruits are high in fibre, which can help keep your digestive system healthy. It aids easy digestion for your system. Fruits are low in calories and fat, and they can help you feel full.

For some that have read these health benefits and you are starting to make up your mind about how you want to improve the frequency of taking in your fruit, I have prepared some tips on the ground. You can practice this for a few months and come back to tell me the wonders, trust me you will be shocked to see how it plays out.

The first one is for you to cultivate the habit of Starting your day with a fruit smoothie. This is a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and start your day off on the right foot.

Not every time you necessary need to consume only fruit. You can add fruits to your meals and snacks. Fruits can be a delicious and healthy addition to your meals and snacks. Try adding sliced bananas to your oatmeal, berries to your yoghurt, or apples to your lunch salad. Let it serve as a supplement for your food daily. Keep fruits on hand for easy snacking. This will help you avoid unhealthy snacks like chips or cookies.

Make fruit a part of your dessert. Instead of reaching for a sugary treat after dinner, try having a piece of fruit. Fruits are a delicious and healthy way to improve your overall health. So make sure to include plenty of fruits in your diet today!

Not only that also, fruits can help you boost your energy levels. They contain natural sugars that can give you a quick energy boost.
