It is not a new thing that daily, the pressure to be successful keeps getting higher and higher in our society. There are constant demands from our society to live up to expectations. This leads at times to us working beyond our threshold which causes mental stress.

At one point of our life, everyone of us have experience mental stress and in fact probably some of us are still facing it right now and the big question is how can we come out of it. How can you manage your life to have a healthy mind.

Like I said earlier, virtually everyone of us at one point have faced mental stress either due to work done, pressure to be successful and many more. Some were able to overcome it and some were not able to. Some of these strategies include:
