I actually started using an analogue scale, but it was a bit complicated because it measured in 50-gram increments, and honestly, it was difficult to take intermediate measurements. as well as to standardise the weight of my products, which is a problem because they can be slightly different sizes and this can result not only in losses but can also affect the baking process, as some are larger than others, so some biscuits may be ready before others and some may be cooked and others raw, or some cooked and others overcooked.
La verdad empecé usando un peso analógico pero era un poco complicado ya que medía de 50 gramos en 50 gramos y la verdad, era complicado para hacer mediciones intermedias, asi mismo para estandarizar el peso de mis productos lo que es un problema ya que pueden tener tamaños ligeramente diferentes y puede resultar no solo en pérdidas sino que puede inferir en el horneado ya que al quedar unas más grandes que otras, unas galletas pueden estar antes que otras y unas quedar cocidas y las otras crudas o algunas cocidas y otras sobrecocidas

Recientemente lo usé para mi nueva producción y la verdad que es perfecto, ya había usado de este tipo en dos trabajos anteriores y la verdad es que se trabaja muy bien ya que este mide gramo por gramo hasta 5 kilogramos lo que hace que se me facilite el trabajo
I like it because it is economical, lightweight and quite useful.
