A person wakes up in the morning and has breakfast fresh. However, people have no awareness of breakfast. Most people have fried paratha, fried egg with smoke or tea for breakfast. This problem has become widespread, especially in our lazy lives. Nowadays, we people no longer want to work as hard as before. If we can sit and eat, then what is the use of working hard??

This has become ingrained in our minds. Our brain is no longer able to work hard. We are now afraid of work and are sitting and eating only fast food. As a result, our body has become very tired and we no longer have energy. We do not eat any breakfast or lunch and sleep. After eating fatty foods and other foods, it is important to do physical exercise. If we eat food without doing physical exercise and sleeping, that food increases the fat in our stomach. Which makes us very uncomfortable and ends our daily fitness. So we should all consume the food we are consuming.
After waking up in the morning, we will definitely eat healthy food. We must get rid of healthy food and fatty food. Fatty food plays a role in increasing fat in our bodies. In that case, we should avoid all types of fast food.

Of course, we have to exercise at least three days a week. There is no better thing than exercising to stay healthy and fit. Exercise keeps our body fit and frees us from diseases. In that case, we should exercise regularly and eat healthy food.
Basically, staying fit is not an easy task. Not everyone in the world can be fit. If you want to be fit and stay healthy at the same time, you must work hard to achieve it.
You can stay healthy by following only two activities.
