Finally I decided on the water whale, this friendly animal and one of the largest, stands out for its strength and tenacity to face the adversities of the ocean in the journey they make each year in search of warm water and food.
Saludos amigos artesanos y creativos deseo hayan pasado una feliz Navidad en unión de sus seres queridos, en mi país hoy los niños amanecieron emocionados y felices para abrir los regalos que el niño Jesús les dejó debajo del árbol de Navidad; en esta oportunidad comparto mi participación en el Holozing Creature Background Contest, un proyecto que ha generado grandes expectativas por el juego que será lanzado el venidero año, no sabía cual personaje emplear para mi entrada, pues todos son muy atractivos e interesantes.
Finalmente me decidí por la Ballena de agua, este simpático animal y uno de los más grandes, destaca por su fuerza y tenacidad al enfrentar las adversidades del océano en el viaje que realizan cada año en busca de aguas cálidas y alimento.
Most of the projects I do are related to fabric, I love the wonderful world of threads and needles for its wide range of options in colors and textures; in this opportunity I used fabrics of various colors to create a secret shelter where the Whale can rest; here he has a variety of algae that give him powers with limited time to face the attacks of the Fire Wolf, Electric Rabbit and the Raccoon.
By consuming these algae, she acquires powers to defeat her opponents in a quick confrontation since their effect lasts only a few seconds; The red algae allows her to defeat the fire wolf, the orange algae makes her immune to the damage of the electric rabbit, creating a protective layer against electricity, the green algae gives her strength and drive to defeat the raccoon, as I said before they must be fast and accurate movements, due to the short duration of the powers, also after using the powers she must replenish her energy, for which she has the mysterious rock, the relaxing fish and the revitalizing star.
La mayoría de los proyectos que hago están relacionados con tela, me encanta el maravilloso mundo de los hilos y agujas por su amplia gama de opciones en colores y texturas; en esta oportunidad utilicé telas de varios colores para crear un refugio secreto donde la Ballena pueda descansar; aquí dispone de una variedad de algas que le aportan poderes con tiempo limitado para enfrentar los ataques del Lobo de Fuego, Conejo Eléctrico y el Mapache.
Al consumir estas algas adquiere poderes para vencer a sus oponentes en un enfrentamiento rápido ya que su efecto dura pocos segundos; las algas rojas le permiten derrotar al Lobo de fuego,la de color naranja la hace inmune a los daños del Conejo eléctrico, creando una capa protectora contra la electricidad, la de color verde le da fuerza y empuje para vencer al mapache, como dije anteriormente deben ser movimientos rápidos y certeros, por la poca duración de los poderes, además luego de usar los poderes debe reponer energías , para lo cual cuenta con la roca misteriosa, el pez relajante y la estrella revitalizante.

Luego marqué y corté todas las piezas que formaran el refugio de la ballena, par hacer la ballena descargué la imagen del siguiente enlace y usé tela azul estampada con flores que se asemejan a las gotas de agua, para los accesorios de las aletas y demás partes del cuerpo utilicé un tono de azul más oscuro, con la idea de resaltar cada elemento que la integra. con silicón pegué cada pieza y además hice el ojo con foami y marcador negro, también pintura blanca.
The third step was to glue the eyes to the star and the fish, I also glued the back and upper fin of the relaxing fish.
El tercer paso fue pegar los ojos a la estrella y el pez, además pegué la aleta trasera y superior del pez relajante
The last step was to glue the components of the shelter on a blue fabric, to which I painted several circles with chalk, representing the water bubbles of the agitated and dynamic ocean; when gluing the whale I used a silicone dot with the idea of creating the impression of movement since the fins are "floating".
El último paso fue pegar los componentes del refugio en una tela azul, a la cual pinté varios círculos con tiza, que representan las burbujas de agua del agitado y dinámico océano; al pegar la ballena usé un punto de silicón con la idea de crear la impresión de movimiento ya que las aletas quedan "flotando"
