RE: Vehicles that travel inside the water

Anything is possible, but also there is risk in such multipurpose vehicles. Better have them specialized one way to the other and be 1000% safe. I saw some crazy accidents with commercial submarines, so wouldn't want to be trapped under the water in such a bomb shell.
