10 people were captured on the Goris-Shushi highway

10 people were captured on the Goris-Shushi highway on November 11, after the truce was announced. All of them were civilians who left Armenia for Artsakh. Armenia submitted an interim measure request to the ECHR against Azerbaijan to prevent inhuman and degrading treatment as well as irreparable harm to the lives of those 10 civilians.
