Mental Disorder: All hope are not lost

Hii my friends, today am discussing on the topic mental disorder and management.
This has been a delicate condition because so many youths today are becoming mentally distabilized as a result of one reason or the other.
The fact still remains that mental well-being is very important aspect of human life because when the brain is not functioning well it affects the whole health likewise the life of such individual.

Lets talk about some types of mental disorder.

Bipolar Disorder:

This has to do with alternating periods of depression and mania or hypomania in an individual It equally affects a the persons mood, energy levels, and ability to live his or her daily life.
There is also anxiety disorder which has to do with excess worry and persistent thinking that may lead to panic in it can also lead to phobia and obsessive-compulsive disorder, there is also mood disorder that has to do with a person's emotional condition most time this person is depressed it has a similar symptom of bipolar disorder.
There is also schizophrenia spectrum disorder which has to do with one's thinking emotion and behaviour there is also a personality disorder which has to do with the person's thoughts at some point and the person fellings which might deviate to abnormal state.
Most serious disorder is the substance disorder that occurs as a result of taking of illicit drugs, high alcohol, overdose medication.

Management of mental Disorder.

Mental disorder have you managed based on the causes and the stage most importantly the person visit a doctor who Will analyse the situation and know what to do.
Another way to manage mental disorder is by maintaining a healthy routine by eating Good food,having a proper sleep, take a lots of fruits and engaging frequently in exercise.
Management of mental disorder also involves connecting with people engaging with people playing with them I'm participating in whatever they do, avoid staying lonely.
Is also very very important to practice mindfulness and self-awareness this will help the patient to know or recognise signs of stress or anything that triggers mental disorder.
Also very important to avoid substances that hard drugs that might trigger mental disorder.
Conclusively mental disorder is not an easy case to handle because it involves the mental health and this affect the whole activity of the body, it is advised to take a break and have some rest when one notice that he or she a stressed
