Since they don't have a cure so how can one manage them and also live a fruitful life?
There are numerous factors that can help one deal with chronic illness.
First thing that will help ine cope with chronic Illness is becoming an advocate of oneself, always feel free to discuss with the doctor, confidently ask him the way forward, types of treatment you are to receive and other requirements.
Make sure you make an informed decision as to the type of treatment you will want and make it known to people around you.
When you have a collaborative relationship with the doctor even when things are going worse you will still be happy.

Another way to cope with chronic illness is making your health your priority, take your medicine when due and always take care of yourself no matter what.

Always eat healthy diet, also engage in physical therapy or exercises the little you can, use your energy to the full, never think of negative coping mechanisms like drinking lots of alcohol and abusing drugs.
Always ask people around you for help when you need it and stay in touch with family and friends, buld a strong relationship with your family members.
Always look for ways to assist others because it will also relief you from your pain.

Always beware that depression will always want to take over, play music, dance and do things that will make you happy.

Conclusively no matter how bad it is never have a negative view of yourself, remain calm because only that can give you peace of mind.

This advice are apparently cool and nice. Thanks for sharing as it would help a dying soul to come back to life. I love the part about depression ☺️😊😊😊, please dance and make videos of yourself doing it, laugh over some funny steps you took and show a friend the video so you can both laugh over it and learn how to correct it. Depression is real, so do whatever you can to run away from it. Please watch football also😂😂😂, please not in your house 🏠 go out with friends to the viewing centre where you listen to different people's opinions. Chose a club to support preferably Liverpool ✌️✌️✌️ to ease depression ☺️☺️☺️. Thank you dear for this piece of advice 🙌🙌🙌
