Today, while walking on the outskirts of the village looking for photo objects, I found something interesting among the bushes that I had rarely noticed before. The insect is a grasshopper of the type Xenocatantops humile. The color resembling dry leaves made it difficult to see at first, but after taking a closer look, I realized the uniqueness of this insect.

The grasshopper Xenocatantops humile has a yellowish brown body with strong hind legs for jumping. This allows them to move quickly when they feel threatened. I was lucky to get close enough to get a few photos before it jumped away into the grass.

The existence of these insects shows how rich and varied life is around us, even in places that may seem ordinary. Every corner of nature has its own uniqueness, and I am very happy to be able to capture this moment with Xenocatantops humile.
