Today I found a Neoscona haiensis spider in the bushes near the rice fields. At first, I only saw its large and neat spider web. After I got closer, it was clear that this spider was still in the middle of its web, as if waiting for prey.

Its color is quite striking, a combination of brown and a little white pattern on its body, making it look interesting. I watched it carefully so as not to disturb its activities. When a small insect is trapped in the web, this spider moves quickly to wrap it with silk thread.

This moment was very interesting for me to document. I took several photos with a macro lens to capture the details of its body and the patterns on its legs. It feels amazing to be able to observe this small life that is often overlooked.
