AI and The Job Market - People will grow fond of AI and Evolve

Artificial Intelligence is quite a fascinating innovation in the history of technology, in fact, one could say that AI is basically another name for "Technology".

When people say AI is meant to mimic human intelligence but improve with data there's often the misconceptions that AI is intended to lack human emotions, etc. Reality check?

Human intelligence is all there is on earth, without it nothing on earth has meaning or form. What this means is that the intelligence in mention and the so-called data upon which AI systems learn and grow better are all products of a vast array of emotions hidden in numbers.

Maybe sometimes this assumptions that AI systems will lack emotions comes from total ignorance to how technology came to be.

For starters, the word technology is derived from the world technique and if my sources serve me right, the roots of technology can be traced back to prehistoric times when early humans devised rudimentary tools for hunting, gathering, and building shelters.

Shocker?

Not the first time "assumed complex words" have turned out to mean the prettiest of things.

The Fears Surrounding AI Is Valid But Channeled To The Wrong Thing

It is quite weird sometimes that the smartest creatures on earth consistently evolve as a dump bee colony.

There's the workers, the drones, and the Queen, wierd how this is quite a representation of our society. The consistently working population, the drones here typically represent the armed forces and the Queen? Well, that's just another name for the Government and its corny banking system.

With AI coming into the picture, we can expect to see technology meets it's full potential. Why? Because AI is where humans build a copy of themselves that can build another copy of themselves, fascinating right? This is why I said AI is simply another name for technology because AI is a compilation of techniques deployed for problem solving.

But the fears, ahh, yes, this is the leverage the Queen institution has on the general public, the fear of technology. The Fears that AI will be a war machine is valid, but it isn't the AI that is what is powerful, but the fear the people have of it that has made them blind.

Each technological development has always had a substance of fear that has fueled its expansion. We are literally in an age where different nations have disruptive war machines that can cause massive chaos when released and now humans fear AI? what would make AI so dangerous?

Well, he's the reality, when thinking about weaponization of artificial intelligence for wars, it isn't the AI that is the threat, but the weapons that will be put in them and most of them or at least prototypes already exists, so why do we fear the wrong thing?

We fear a harmless thing that can actually improve lives based off the concerns of it being attached to something we have already allowed in our world, that's just wierd. It is not AI that needs regulation, it is weapons but surely we are not ready for this conversation.

AI and The Job Market

Elon Musk makes laughable arguments sometimes, cause what the fuck is a universal high income?

According to Musk, who likened AI to a magic genie granting wishes, the need to work will go away when most human needs are met.

“You'll likely be able to ask for anything, and we won't have a universal basic income, we'll have a universal high income,” he said. “So, in some sense, it will be somewhat of a leveler, an equalizer, because everyone will have access to this magic genie.”

That's just a sad and comical assumption but I guess everyone just want to have an opinion and that gets them talking, even if what is being said holds no validity.

The truth is, people will grow fond of AI. I mean sure, everyone is saying ChatGPT sucks right now, but if we look at when it was released, this wasn't the opinion people had of it but suddenly, it sucks right?

Wait until the next time you visit Walmart to lay complaints and find out that you can't even find a human to scream at, such tragedy right?

OK, OK, enough jokes but that would be hilariously sad.

People will indeed grow fond of AI because almost everything will come with an AI software. And when it comes to the job market? The claims that there will be a job decline is simply a bunch of loud mouths being a bitch, you know, rushing into conclusions because the way I see it, AI will indeed cause jobs to be lost but it will open up so many others.

So what's the needed action for those that may be affected? That's right, evolution baby! Learn some new skill, acquire some fresh knowledge. Change is the only guaranteed thing in life, you either adjust to it or remain married to the past.

You think it's fun for businesses to keep trying to explore ways to evolve past their previously functional and profitable business models just because of technological advancements like AI? Well think again and evolve because that's simply all that's needed to stay afloat.

Grow fond of AI, leverage it to the fullest to scale to new heights.
