From the Lab to the Classroom: Why I Started Ayesha Learning Hub

🤩I still remember the smell of the PCSIR labs — that mix of reagents and quiet concentration that made me fall in love with chemistry in the first place. ✨
I had just finished my MSc in Chemistry from the University of Karachi, graduating with a first division and distinction, and I thought my path was set: research, glassware, and the slow satisfaction of watching a reaction finally work.
But somewhere along the way, I realized the thing I loved most wasn't just the chemistry itself — it was explaining it. Watching someone's face change when a concept that felt impossible suddenly clicked. That moment is addictive in a way no lab result ever was.
So I came back to Hyderabad, Sindh, and I started small. A few O Level students. A whiteboard. A lot of patience.

What began as informal tutoring slowly grew into something bigger — ****Ayesha Learning Hub.****

Why "Hub" and not just "Tutoring"?

Because that's what it became. Not just Chemistry, but Biology, Physics, and Mathematics too — the full spectrum of what an O Level student needs to actually understand science, not just memorize it for an exam. I wanted a place where students didn't just come to be taught, but to build real understanding they could carry forward, the same way my time in the lab taught me to trust the process, not just the result.

What I bring to the table

My hands-on lab experience at PCSIR taught me something textbooks rarely do: science is not abstract. It's tactile, it's messy, it's real. I try to bring that same energy into every lesson — connecting the equation on the board to the reaction it actually represents.

Where we are now

Ayesha Learning Hub has grown into a full teaching practice with its own identity — branded materials, structured resources, and a genuine community of students working through O Level Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics together.
